Xhorse Condor Mini Plus Cut Hyundai IX35 Key

 Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus key cutting machine can decode & cut by key code for vehicles. Here I will show to work for Hyundai ix35 key as example.

 

Install the original key on clamp, and fix it flat.

Go to press on Condor XC-Mini tablet screen.

 

Decode Key Code

Key duplication >> Hyundai >> ix35 >> LM(09-11) >> Confirm

Key decode >> Confirm

 

XC-Mini Plus machine starts decoding…

 

Press “Search” to query key code.

 

Query complete, it is P0544.

 

Take out the key, and fix the key blank to be cut on clamp.

Cut By Key Code

Go back to home page, press

Key database >> Hyundai >> Input key code: P544, press “Confirm”

 

Select key code: P0001-P2500 series, cuts note – 8, compatible key – Silca, press “Confirm”.

 

Press “cut”.

Condor Mini Plus machine starts cutting…

 

Wait until cutting finished.

 

Clear iron scraps, take out the key to compare with original key, they are same.

It does work as well.

Cut VA2 Blade Key with Xhorse Condor

 Some users feedback the depth of the cut is wrong when cutting Renault VA2 emergency blade with xhorse condor key cutting machine.   Va6 renault by code full working. VA2 has problem.

Is there a fix for this ?

Tips to cut Renault VA2  emergency blade:

Manual machine (Dolphin XP007)- No problem

This is issue since day one with all Condors… It won’t be fixed.

Automatic (Condor Mini Plus) – need to make a small spacer about 0,7mm-0,8mm – from sheet metal – About the same thickness of a lot vehicles.
So you can make it from an old door of a car, from the junkyard.
Same problem with Toyota one side cut. Same solution with this.
I have not used the Dolphin with this spacer, but other automatic machine works fine.

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Cut Chevy Trailblazer B89 Key

 Hi, everybody, today I’m going to use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine to demonstrate how to cut a B89 key for Chevrolet Trailblazer lock.

 

Having been read out key bitting codes, let’s start to cut by bitting directly.

 

This is Xhorse Key Tool Max used to control Dolphin XP005, you may also control it on a smart phone with Xhorse app installed.

 

Connect Key Tool Max with Dolphin XP005, press

Cut by bitting >> IIco – B89 >> OK

 

Input key bitting codes: 1231232342

Fix key blank flat on M1 clamp tip align 5 position as prompted.

 

Go back to Key Tool Max, press

Cutting key >> Continue

 

Dolphin XP005 starts working…

 

Wait until key cutting was finished.

 

Clean the scraps, take out the key to have a try.

It does work, it can open the lock normally.

Key cutting was done!
