Can Condor Mini duplicate key from smart fortwo 3 button?

Have Smart fortwo 2003 with the button remote key. how do we cut this one? I have Condor XC mini and Condor Dolphin if that helps.

Smart 450 uses YM23.
Condor can make these 100%.
Also hu100r works fine.

Never by code.
If you measure up the cuts, you could select a similar keytype.
Or possible cut a depth of 1 on two positions.
The update tool allows you to create your own custom key files

I assume that your Condor mini can do the same as my master 007.

I have created a YM23 with 8 cuts. I placed it in the mercedes key folder.
Not sure that we can exchange theys files, but let us try.

Could someone load this custom KeyData.u file in there Condor.
Mini and or master.
Place the KeyData.u file in your condor file that contains: Condor 007 update software V1.0.5
Then open the CustomKeyTools,
Connect your pc with your condor using usb, and press synchronize.

How to use Xhorse Dolphin XP007 to cut flat, civilian and single-sided key etc?

Xhorse Dolphin XP007 manual key cutting machine is tested ok to cut Sided, Track, Dimple and Tibbe keys. It is very suitable for outdoor key cutting jobs.

Xhorse Dolphin XP007 has unique clamps.

1. It can clip both the civilian keys and car keys (i.e Ford, Benz keys)

2.The two sides of clam can be switched, and the other side can clip the cylinder key too.

3. There are two screws bellow and one screw on the side. If you find the whole clamp has deviation or the key cutting job has deviation, just loose the screws and calibrate.

1. How does Xhorse Dolphin XP007 cut the flat key?

Clip the original car key on the right fixture, and the key blade on the left fixture.

There are several special clamp head for flat key.

Adjust the height

Start to cut.

Cut complete and insert it into the key lock to see if it can start the car.

2. How does Xhorse Dolphin XP007 cut single-sided outer key?

The original key won’t be clipped tightly on the fixture, please loose the front screw and turn the bottom of the clamp to the top, then clip the key on the fixture, you will find it will be tightly clipped.

Then tightly clip a key blade on the left side of fixture.

Adjust the machine height.

Cutting.

The key is cut flatly.

3. How does Xhorse Dolphin XP007 cut civilian key?

Clip the original civilian key into the first track on the right clamp.

Clip the key blade into the left clamp.

Adjust the machine height, when the height is ok, the upper first two indicators will flash.

Cutting……

Test successfully.
