Q: I bought a Condor XC-mini key cutting machine a year ago. But unfortunately i broken the screen by mistake. How to can fix the screen, do you sell it alone?

Otherwise the connector will not match your machine and failed to install a new screen. Becasue the some screen connectors are silitly different from others.

Condor XC-Mini Update Communication Error 5 Solution

Q: I was succeed update Condor XC-mini key cutting machine to 3.0.1. But when i tred to update Condor mini to v4.0.1, it failed me, Mini condor says “Error while communicating with server(5)“.

Condor Mini v4.0.1 software is not not yet available. Xhorse engineer now is working on the new versions. DO not update condor to this version.

How to update Condor XC-Mini key cutting machine?

1. Connect iKeycutter CONDOR XC-MINI Master to the PC with a USB cable.

2. Turn on the CONDOR MINI.

3. Click “Update online” button to start update.

4. The screen will appear “Updating” prompt.

5. Wait for the update completed.

Notes:

A: Do NOT turn off PC or unplug USB cable duing updating.

B: Data downloading and firmware upgrading may take a while, please be patient.

C: If the update fails, turn off anti-virus software and then try again.
