Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Cut VW HU162T-9 All Keys Lost

 Here we’ll show how to decode and cut VW MQB HU162T-9 door lock by Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad + Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine. Since all keys were lost, it’s not enough to simply use only one LISHI tool for decoding. At this time, we can use Key Tool Plus to help calculate the missing bittings.

 

• Calculate Missing Bittings

Turn on Dolphin XP005 to connect with VVDI Key Tool Plus.

Cut key >> vehicle database >> Volkswagen >> All key blank >> HU162T >> All key lost >> Door -> Ignition >> Sided bitting calculate

 

Follow the reference table to decode bittings:

Decode side bitting with LISHI: 243

Decode front bitting with LISHI: 253323

Press “Calculate” to obtain the missing bittings.

Now all bittings including A/B/C side were all calculated.

Press “Complete”.

 

• Cut Key

1. Cut the side A of the key.

A Side >> Start cutting

It tells to tip key align 2^nd position on M2-B clamp.

Press “Cut”.

Dolphin XP005 will start cutting… wait until 100%.

Cutting key completed.

2. Cut the B side of the key.

B Side >> Start cutting

It tells to tip align 2^nd position on M2-D clamp.

Press “Cut”.

Wait Dolphin XP005 to cut until completed.

 

3. Cut the C side of the key.

C Side >> Start cutting

It tells to tip align 2^nd position on M2-D clamp.

Press “Cut”.

Cutting key completed.

 

Test the new key, it can turn the door lock.

Successfully done.
