Xhorse Dolphin + VVDI2 Make Audi TT HU66 AKL

 Having been decode the HU66 bitting codes, today I wanna to use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 & VVDI2 to make 2 keys for Audi TT 1999 when all key lost.

 

Dolphin XP005 Cut Keys

Connect with XP005 machine in Xhorse app, press

Cut by bitting >> HU66 >> OK

 

Install M2-C clamp, fix one key blank flat on it.

Input key bitting codes, press

Cutting key >> Continue

 

Xhorse Dolphin machine stats cutting…

Repeat same operation for 2 key blanks, wait until finishing.

Install keys with a remote shell , let’s go to next step.

 

Xhorse VVDI2 Program Keys

Open VVDI2 software, click

Special Function >> K-Line Instrument /Immobox

 

Select type: Instrument Cluster – Magneti Mareli – Direct 2000-

 

Click “Read EEPROM”.

 

Start transfer/receive data…

 

Data was read out.

Magneti Marelli (without verify). KM start at address: 009C

The kilometers are right, so the PIN is 09551.

Go to “Key learn”.

 

Select vehicle: VAG KWP1281 Immobilizer – KWP1281

Input Key Count and Login(PIN), click “Learn”.

 

Please switch ignition OFF for 5s, then switch to ON. Click “OK”.

 

Test real value to channel…

 

Switch off ignition. Insert every key to ignition and switch on at least 2s. Click “OK”.

Completed!

 

Let me test the keys finally, alright, both can work well.

Dolphin XP005 Cut Volvo S40 HU56 AKL by Code

 Hey everyone, today I got a door lock from a 2000 Volvo S40, so I’m gonna use the Xhorse Dolphin XP005 machine to cut a HU56 key for it.

 

I did decode it to get the bitting codes:21324343, and its lock code is DH0800.

 

I will use the Xhorse Key Tool Max to control it, you can also use Xhorse app on a smart phone instead.

 

Connect it with Dolphin XP-005 to start:

All key lost >> Volvo >> Input lock code: DH0800

 

Install M2-A clamp, and fix HU56 key blank as prompts, press “OK”.

 

Just to verify the bitting codes are all right, press

Cutting key >> Continue

Xhorse Dolphin will start cutting automatically…

 

Wait until the machine stopped, take out the key to cut the other side.

Go back to press on Key Tool Max,

Cutting key >> Continue

 

Dolphin XP005 will go on cutting…

 

Take out the key when machine was completed, it can open the lock flawless!

Xhorse Condor Mini Cut Sprinter W906 2007-2011 Key

 This is a demonstration of how to copy a Mercedes Benz Sprinter W906 2007-2011 Key by Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus key cutting machine.

 

Prepare a Mercedes original key & a blank key.

 

Go to Condor XC-Mini Plus touch screen,

Key duplication >> Mercedes >> Sprinter >> W906(2007-2011)

Select key type:

Key ID: 15011

Key Width: 550

Cute: 10

Cut Depth: 1.00mm

 

Confirm >> Key decode

Fix the original key flat on M2 clamp, press “Confirm” to start.

 

The Condor Mini Plus starts decoding…

Take out the original key and change to blank key instead when XC-Mini stopped.

 

Press “Cut” on screen.

 

XC-Mini machine starts cutting…

 

Wait until the machine finished.

Done!

 

Take out the new key to have a try, it is actually same as original one, it does work!

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Cut a HU92 BMW Key

 Today I’m gonna show you guys how to use Xhorse Dolphin XP005 key cutting Machine to cut a HU92 BMW key. It is worked for a 2002 3 series BMW lock.

 

Here I had got the bitting codes: 11124344

I’ll use the Xhorse Key Tool Max to control the Dolphin XP005 machine.

 

Cut by bitting >> HU92R (depth 1.25mm)

It tells to use M2-2 clamp and tip align 2 position.

Fix the blank key on clamp flatly according to notes.

Go back to Key Tool Max,

OK >> Input the depth keyboard: 11124344 >> Cutting key >> Continue

 

Dolphin XP005 starts cutting key…

First side cutting finished, clean the scraps and flip it over.

 

Let’s start the other side cutting.

Repeat same operations as before:

OK >> Cutting key >> Continue

 

Dolphin XP-005 starts cutting key again…

Cutting key completed!

Clean the scraps and take out the key. It does perfectly open the lock.
