Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Not Working After Replace Motherboard?

 Problem:

The Xhorse Dolphin XP005 machine was working fine for a few weeks after placing mother board, but today it stopped working. Any solution?

Solution:

Y-axis and Z-axis are connected reversely. 

Reconnect Y and Z axis. It should be fine.

Database language is English ONLY.

Device app supports multi-language including English, German, Spanish, French, Thai, Polish, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi, Hebrew,  Indonesian, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Users can switch language in device.

Same as Dolphin XP005. Database language is English. Xhorse App supports multi-language.

How to Solve Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Error 02233?

 Problem:

I got the error 86 on my xhorse dolphin xp005 key cutter last month. I have it checked with my dealer and got the main board replaced. Now it has a new error 02233. What should I do?

Solution:

Delete the original Xhorse app on your phone.

Or download this apk on another mobile phone. Do not update apk after installation.

How to Solve Dolphin XP005 Calibration Error 35?

 Problem: The Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Key Cutting Machine can’t work normally, it gave a clamp calibration “Error: 35” message.

 

“Error: The end tip of the probe is beyond the cutter.

1. Please confirm that the clamp is correct;
2. Do again of height level adjustment.”

 

What’s the matter? Please help.

1. Pull the probe down a little bit;
2. Follow the prompt to do again height level adjustment.

Xhorse Dolphin 2 Unable to Remove M5 Clamp Solution

 Problem: My Xhorse Dolphin 2 is unable to remove M5 Clamp even when twisting the right red button for many times.

 

What’s wrong, any suggestions?

Solution

1. Rotate the black button to remove M5 clamp;
2. The reason why caused the issue is because M5 clamp is slipping and cannot hold the key properly. Try to tighten the clamp by turning to the opposite side of screw, and knock it hardly on the ground. This can fix the problem.

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 V127 Fixed VA2EH2 Issue

 Xhorse Dolphin XP005 and XP005L released new database version V127 on Oct. 18th. 2023.

There is an update for that blade fixed. This version fixed Renault VA2EH2 key cutting issue.

Feedback:

I had the issue last week with same blade.

After updating it to latest software it was all fixed.

 

 

FYI:

You can use universal key duplication option if you have a working key.
